Altered spoon vintage make

Hi everyone todays make is a altered spoon.

I bought a plain set of spoons from home bargains when I went shopping yesterday.

I saw the idea on them on pinterest and after doing some researching created this piece.

First of all I covered the spoon with white acrylic paint but found out it came off easily.

So was thinking about what else I could use when remembered about my pebeo paints.

I give a coat of Pebeo fantasy moon colours

Metal blue 

Carmine

and Apricot 

I poured these paints straight on and then used a cocktail stick to move them around I then let it dry overnight.

This morning I got out my docrafts valentine sheets and found this wonderful vintage image

The roses around the vintage image are from the same sheet.

I then added a bow and some roses that I have had for ages

And a metal embellishment.
